Today, I had delicious Korean Sundae Sausage 8 pieces about 100g (=200 calories) then workout to burn it all up.

1st Set

1 min. High Kicks 
1 min. Jump Squats + Mt. Climbers Combo 
1 min. Push Up
2nd Set 
1 min. Curtsy Jump 
1 min. High Kicks 
1min. Alt. Jump Squats 
1 min. Push Up 
It takes about little less then 20 min. including good resting period so enjoy what you love to eat then work it out y'all! I am with you too.
