The endometrial echo complex measures 22.8mm. There is a uterine mass/fibroid of 6.6 x 5.9 x 5.4cm.
The right ovary is not seen. The left ovary measures 4.2 x 4.3 x 3.2cm, with a dominat follicle/cyst of 3.2cm. No adnexal mass or significant cul-de-sac free fluid is identified.
Impression:
Prominent intramural presumed fibroid of 6.6cm.
Thickened endometrial echocomplex measuring up to 2.3cm, of unclear etiology. Differential diagnosis includes hyperplasia, polyp or neoplasm. Recommend clinical correlation and consider sonohysterogram for further evaluation.
Dominat left ovarian follicle/cyst of 3.2cm.
