Mild indeterminant extrahepatic bile duct dilatation nonspecific with no ultrasound evidence of choledocholithiasis or sonographic evidence of mass in the porta hepatis or pancreatic region. 

Recommend  contrast-enhanced CT imaging and MRCP for characterization
