First, cut the baguette into 1-inch slices using a serrated knife.

I¡¯ve used different types of bread when I was experimenting with this recipe

and my favorite bread for this is french baguette from Safeway.
Á¦ÀÏ ÁÁÀº »§Àº SafewayÀÇ french baguette »§À̾ú¾î¿ä.
In a large bowl, add 3 eggs. 
º¼¿¡ °è¶õ 3°³¸¦ ³Ö¾îÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
and remove the chalaza.
¾Ë²öÀ» Á¦°ÅÇØ ÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
Now, beat the egg until the mixture is even.
°è¶õ ¼¼ °³¸¦ ³Ö°í Àß ¼¯¾îÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
Open the coconut milk.
ÄÚÄÚ³Ó ¿ìÀ¯¸¦ ¿¾îÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
If you are buying canned milk, make sure to shake it before opening. 
ĵ ¿ìÀ¯¸¦ »ç½Ã¸é ¿ÀÇÂÇϱâ Àü¿¡ Àß Èçµé¾îÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
Add 1 cup of coconut milk into the mix. 
ÄÚÄÚ³Ó ¿ìÀ¯ 1ÄÅÀ» º¼¿¡ ³Ö¾îÁÖ¼¼¿ä.  
Add 1 teaspoon of coconut extract.
º¼¿¡ ÄÚÄÚ³Ó ÀͽºÆ®·¢ 1 Ƽ½ºÇ¬À» ³Ö¾îÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
and ¨ù teaspoon of vanilla extract.
¹Ù´Ò¶ó ÀͽºÆ®·¢À» ³Ö¾îÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
Now stir the mix until everything has the same consistency.
ÀÌÁ¦ °ñ°í·ç Àß ¼¯¾îÁÖ¼¼¿ä. 
Add bread into the mix and let it soak for 1 minute on each side.
»§À» ÃæºÐÈ÷ Àû½Å µÚ Á¢½Ã¿¡ ¾ÕµÚ·Î µ¹·Á°¡¸ç ÀÔÇôÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
The longer and more you soak, the inside will turn out to be softer. 
´õ ¿À·¡ Àû¼ÅÁÖ½Ã¸é »§ ¾ÈÀÌ ´õ ºÎµå·¯¿öÁ®¿ä. 
Heat the pan in medium to high heat and melt the salted butter.
ÆÒÀ» Áß°£ ºÒ·Î ´Þ±ÅÁØ ´ÙÀ½¿¡ ÆÒ¿¡ ¹«¿°¹öÅ͸¦ ³ì¿©ÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
Cook the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side
½Ä»§À» ¾ÕµÚ·Î 2-3ºÐ ³ë¸©ÇÏ°Ô ±Á½À´Ï´Ù.
As one side cooks, I will add more mixture on the top.
ÇÑÂÊÀÌ ÀÍÀ» ¶§ À§¿¡ ¹Í½º¸¦ ´õ ºÎ¾îÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
Flip the french toast over and let the other side cook for another three minutes.
ÇÑÂÊÀÌ ´Ù µÇ¸é µÚÁý¾î ÁÖ½Ã°í ´Ù¸¥Âʵµ 3ºÐÁ¤µµ ±¸¿öÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
When both sides are golden brown, then place the french toast on a plate.
¾çÂÊ´Ù ³ë¸©ÇÏ°Ô ±¸¿öÁö¸é Á¢½Ã¿¡ ¿Ï¼ºµÈ ÇÁ·»Ä¡Å佺Ʈ¸¦ ´ã¾ÆÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
And decorate it with blueberries and drizzle maple syrup to finish!
