제가 게으름을 피는 바람에 이래 또 늦었네예 ㅋㅋㅋ
이곳 California는 여전히 찌고요..오늘도 97도까지 올라가더라구요 T.T
담달 나올 전기세에 까무라칠것 같아서 미리 청심환 한알을
일치감치 몸 안에 저장을 해놔야 하는지 참....ㅋㅋㅋ
지난주에는 Syrah와 Zinfandel을 시음 하였기에
미씨여러분꼐 따근 따근한 내용 이 한여름에 말씀드리오니
얼음물 한사발 옆에 얼릉 가지고 오시구요 ^^*

2009 Castle Rock Columbia Valley Syrah
Castle Rock Syrah is produced from grapes grown on the beautiful south-facing vineyards in the prestigious Columbia Valley, which shares the same latitude as the Bordeaux region of France.
This wine is medium-bodied and deep ruby red in color. It is well balanced, ripe and spicy, and offers complex, concentrated flavors of dark ripe fruits, smoke and black pepper. The finish is long-lasting and harmonious with lingering spice nuances. It makes an ideal accompaniment to a variety of red meat dishes, pasta, or cheese, and it pairs well with most spicy food.

뭐 아무생각없이 잔에다 다 따라서 마시는데 이상한 냄세가 나는게
아니다 싶더라구요 T.T 저장이 잘 못 된건지 아님 마게하나
딱딱 못 마추고..신경질이...우찌 나던지예...ㅋㅋㅋ
그래보니 가격도 $7.99이라서 그란지...이와인은 엑스 입니데 :)
그라도 참 ...아쉬웠지만...다음와인이로 고고!!!!
2009 La Joya Reserve Syrah
The grapes are 100% estate grown from the Bisquertt vineyards of Las Garzas, Chomedahue, Lihueimo, Rinconada, Casas Viejas, El Rulo, and Trinidad. Each vineyard has their own distinctive micro-climate contributing subtle nuances and complexity. The Colchagua Valley is heavily influenced by its close proximity to the Pacific Ocean, resulting in cool nights and dry sunny days creating the optimal growing conditions. The soils are alluvial with excellent drainage. The wine is stainless steel fermented and a portion is barrel aged for 8-10 months in French and American oak. Then it is cold stabilized and filtered before bottling. After bottling, it is stored in the cellars three to four months before being released.
*결론은 이와인을 처음으로 시음한 와인이라서 인지 입에 짝~ 달라붙는것이 ㅋㅋ
맛이 있더이다 색깔도 Rich해 보이고 와인도 찐한게 그렇다고 너무 드라이 하지도 않았구요 ^^* 끝맛이 약간의 목끝에서 살짝~ 껄끄름하게 넘어갈려하느데 약간의 스윗한 향과 맛이 아주 잘 어울려진듯...ㅋㅋㅋ (완죤 술꾼 같네예 ㅎㅎ)
참... 가격은 $9.99 이고요..이번 호스트꼐선 World Market Cost plus에서 구입하심~
뭐..Syrah 와인맛이 이런맛이구나..하구 갠적으로 Merlot보단 훨 낫더이다 ^^*
2009 Bogle Vineyards Old Vine Zinfandel

It is jam-packed with ripe spicy black fruit and sweet oak. There is a bit of Syrah from the Bailey blended in, which adds a touch of savory herbs and pepper spice. Full-bodied and full of flavor, this wine is ideally matched with robust dishes featuring savory flavors and smokey sauces...barbecued baby back ribs, anyone? *때깔이 아주 곱다고 하며 냄새를 맛을려 하는데여...진한 알콜냄새가 아주 코를 찌르는 것이 첫인상이 아주 별루 였는대요...마시고 또 실망에 실망....가격은 $9.99 였는디요 뭐 별루 마시고 싶지 않은 Zinfandel로 정하고~~~~~ ㅎㅎ 이번에 새종류의 와인을 마시고 수다떨다 또 수다 떨고... ㅎㅎ 이번 호스트께선 항상 멋진상을 차려주시기에 와인도 와인이지만 음식에 정신 팔려서아주~ 우화하게 정신 없이 마구 흡입 (^.-) *

*BBQ 치킨양념에 살포시 앉아있는 토마토가 아주 잘 어울리고 약간씩 씹히는 파가 ㅎㅎ
*로매인 셀러드와 촉촉한 쿠르통과 베이컨 & Nuts~ (맞나? ㅋㅋ)
*온갖 해물이 안에 숨어 있었구요 치즈와 함꼐 섞어서 먹으니...ㅋㅋㅋ 맛있어라~
*양파와 치즈가 만나서 크레커에 발라 먹으니..음메~ 느끼 느끼..그래도 마구 흡입! ㅋ
