In1973, Chandon established the first French
winery in Napa Valley, using centuries-old winemaking techniques to
create the finest range of premium sparkling wines in America. For
more than 30 years, we¡¯ve cultivated California¡¯s most-celebrated
vineyards, doing what comes naturally: blending tradition and
innovation with sustainable farming practices, producing exceptional wines
while preserving our environment for future generations.
 Chandon Rosé is so
delicious that it will make you blush. A love story between delicate,
crisp, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, picked at greater ripeness
for intense fruit flavor and gorgeous pink hue.

Chandon Rosé is very fond of
Asian and Latin American food, but can also keep it continental with
seafood, shellfish, duck or lamb.

On the nose:
Fresh red cherry, strawberry and
watermelon.
On the palate:
Chandon Rosé has a dry finish with
strawberry, apple, and pear flavors. It¡¯s creamy, seductive with definite
structure.

Bright yellow straw color very aromatic style, showing off lemon-lime,
lychee fruit and citurs layers of grapefruit, and minerals flavors all through
the finish great to pair with steamed mussels
California
is known primarily for its Cabernet and Chardonnay, but they are also producing
some really lovely Sauvignon Blancs. These wines are typically high in acidity
and great with food.
Sauvignon
Blanc in California is usually a little fruitier than it is in France, and a
little lighter in body and color than a typical Chardonnay.
Sauvignon
Blanc might be the perfect wine for summertime and California makes some of the
best. The wines are usually light, crisp, and brimming with gorgeous flavors of
zesty lime, grapefruit, and melon. These fruit flavors are perfectly
complemented with subtle herbal flavors. Some say that Sauvignon Blanc smells
like freshly mown grass.
One
of the best parts about Sauvignon Blanc is that it is relatively inexpensive. A
lack of new oak and smaller demand, keeps its prices lower than Chardonnay. You
can get great deals on these. Look for great Sauvignon Blancs from classic Napa
Valley producers.

Six Grapes has won a remarkable 7 gold
medals and 2 trophies at the most prestigious international tasting
competitions over the last two decades. This is Graham's Reserve Port and is
one of the house's signature wines with remarkable quality, finesse and
elegance.
The distinctive depiction of the six bunches
of grapes on the bottle originates from the marks long-used in the Graham's
Lodge to classify the quality of the wines in the casks. The six-grapes symbol
is Graham's age-old mark of quality, used to identify the very finest wines
from the best vineyards, which were destined to make up the Vintage Port or Six
Grapes lotes.
Six Grapes is a big-hearted wine, sourced
from the same vineyards that contribute to Graham's famed Vintage Ports. It
closely resembles a young Graham's Vintage Port in style: full-bodied, with
rich black fruit on the palate, and fragrant blackberry aromas.
This
wine can best be thought of as the an everyday Port for the Vintage Port
drinker.' Six Grapes is bottled when it is still relatively young in order to
retain its freshness and characteristic opulence. Once bottled it is ready to
be served and drunk and should be served slightly cool, between 12 and 16¨¬ Celsius.
