COVID-19 이후 어려운 환경에도 불구하고 저희 스팟칼라 미술학원의 J Cho (12th - Architecture)양이 코넬대학 건축과로 2023년 가을학기에 합격을 하였습니다. 또한 코넬대학으로부터 많은 Institutional Grants을 받았습니다. 그동안 고생한 학생의 수고와 선생님들의 노고에 감사드립니다.
스팟칼라 미술학원에서는 남가주 오렌지카운티내에 2025, 2026년도 대학입학 고등학생들을 대상으로 미국내의 아이비리그대학 지원입학을 위한 프로그램을 개설하여 대학 합격률을 높일 수 있는 자리를 마련하였습니다.
IVY League 대학들은 지원 학생들의 예술적 활동을 적극적으로 장려하고 있습니다. 미술, 음악, 공연예술 등의 특출 난 재능을 가진 학생들을 위해 Art Supplement를 제출하도록 하고 있으며 어드미션의 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있습니다.
아이비리그 각학교별 Art Supplement 제출 방법은 아래와 같습니다.
Brown University
If you are accomplished in music or visual art, you may include additional supplements along with your application in the Common Application, through SlideRoom
Columbia University
Visual Arts
Digital images will be accepted as .jpg, .gif or .png files, up to 5 MB each. Students submitting a visual arts supplement should select up to 20 digital images that highlight the best work in their portfolio.
Architecture, Creative Writing, Drama and Theatre Arts and Film
Applicants may upload professional resumes that list artistic achievement in the Columbia Writing Supplement to the Common Application. There is no need to create a SlideRoom profile.
Cornell University
Finally, there are some other supplemental forms on the UCA website, like the Early Decision Agreement, an Arts Supplement, etc.
Dartmouth College
We welcome portfolios, vocal and instrumental recordings, performance videos, and other visual materials.
Harvard University
You may submit optional supplementary media materials (e.g. videos, audio recordings, or images) electronically via Slideroom at www.harvard.slideroom.com.
Princeton University
If you've excelled in architecture, creative writing, dance, music, theater or visual arts, and would like us to consider your talent, consult Princeton's online Optional Arts Form.
University of Pennsylvania
Students with exceptional and recognized talents in visual arts or music can submit samples of work for consideration in the admissions process to be reviewed by departmental faculty.
Yale University
Whether or not you wish to major in art as an undergraduate, if you are an advanced visual artist you may consider submitting an art portfolio as part of your application to Yale
