어제담당 직원과 통화를 했습니다만
직원 : 저도 킹사우나 직원 일 뿐 어찌 할 수가없다.그져 죄송하다
버겐카운티에 컴플래인 report 하셔라.
저 또한 직원들이 뭔죄가 있을까 하는 생각이 들어 최대한 정중하게 대화를 나누었습니다.

I purchased a booklet of 10 prepaid admission tickets at King Spa & Sauna in Palisades Park last year. Although the ticket says $60 on it, it also says “admission only - excludes any other service,” and has always been redeemable - in full - for admission. The only fine print on the tickets are that they must have a KingSpa & Fitness system barcode printed on the backside to be valid. There is no expiration date on the tickets and I did not sign any contract when purchasing the tickets.
On January 3, I visited King Spa and was told I needed to pay an extra fee because the Spa had raised its prices by $10 and $20 on weekdays and weekends, respectively. When I complained to an employee, she explained that new ticket booklets now have a disclaimer that guests may have to pay additional fees subject to price increases. But these tickets from last year do not have any disclaimers. I believe King Spa is acting in bad faith by refusing to honor these tickets, which were meant to fully cover admission.

I’ve purchased the admission tickets the company offered 3 years ago. It was sold as a booklet consisting of 10 admission tickets with no expiration date indicated and I was told these do not expire. I bought 2 booklets but did not visit the spa due to pandemic. I tried to visit the Spa last weekend and was asked pay extra $20 per ticket.
