i was wondering if you have made contact with the carpet place.
i tried contacting them a few more times, but they have yet to return my calls.
in the case they are not able to come by to replace the carpet by june 12, i need to have this postponed to some time after august. we have a family trip planned.
you've told me that this case would automatically be cancelled after a month.
what am i to do in this situation? if no one comes to replace the carpet by june 12, would i need to make a new request for carpet replacement in august?
if possible, i would like to have the carpet replaced by this weekend. |
