I am writing to inform you of an issue I encountered and to seek your assistance in resolving it. On October 14th, I used the parking machine at Griffith's Parking Lot. Unfortunately, the machine was malfunctioning and, without my knowledge, it charged my card twice erroneously.
I attempted to obtain parking tickets, but none were dispensed. Moreover, the machine had a notice stating it was "temporarily out of order." I initially filed a dispute regarding this matter as a "broken machine" issue, but my claim was denied.
I am uncertain about the correct procedure to resubmit my dispute. Could you please guide me on how to proceed with this situation and have the incorrect charges reversed |
