Our family took a vacation to Maui this summer and had a blast. I can tell living in a leisure atmosphere and being remote as well as being in a close proximity with nature can make people more relaxing and less prone to stress from pollutions and work-related complication. After touring there for a week, I felt the views that I could have seen was exhusted though. I can observe the unwiding life style among the local people when you go away from the hotels. I felt that living in a resting life may not present many challenges that life itself can bring. Yet living under the numerous pressure definately will not bring some times to recover from the complicated and demanding surroundings. New York and Hawaii are two cities that are extremely contrasting at the end of each others.
Therefore, my husband and I now have a new goal after visiting three islands in Hawaii, which are Ohau, Kuwai, and Maui. The life style may be heavenly to us, but not for our kids. I thought our children will need more instigating setting that may promote growth in their social skills and advanced schooling. Living in Hawaii may take away some opportunities of these from my children if we would move now. Children will move away to colleges and that would be our perfect time to look for our permanent residency in Hawaii. |
