Flying to Canada is possible. However, you will only be allowed from the United States if you are flying for essential reasons (unless you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident). If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, you will not be permitted to enter regardless of your reason for travel. Non-essential reasons for travel include tourism, social visits, sightseeing, entertainment, religious functions and recreation.
Travelers to Canada must have a quarantine plan upon arrival. They are required to self-quarantine at the traveler's expense for 14 days, even if they do not have any symptoms. Additionally, all travelers arriving and departing from Canadian airports will be required to wear a face covering. Note that this is a requirement that is also in place in many U.S. airports.
