A: Ok I know it was a genuine mistake and it looks like our computer mahy have something to

do with it. so I'll let u have the book this time Besides it says here that there are no holds or

reguest on the book, so there is no problem with it u keeping it. But it tagged in the system as

late under your name. if I renew it for u now and soemone else places a hold on it,

you're going to start those calls again.
