여기서 얘기해야 되나요                      Should I speak here,

꼭 영어로만?                                        only in English?

제영어가 짧아서스리…                       My English is poor…

쫙 깔렸으니까요                                  since there are plenty of

그런 사람들말에요                              people out there

나랑 얘기가 안통하는 사람들이요      whom I can’t communicate with

모국어로 얘기해도 그런데요 뭐.         even in my mother tongue.

왜그럴까요?                                         Why is that?

 나이가 들수록                                     As I grow older

 어려워지네요                                      it gets harder,

 사람을 찾기가                                     to find people

 나를 이해해주고                                 who can understand me

 내가 이해가 되는 그런 사람들요       whom I can understand.

 글쎄요                                                I guess

 이해의 문제가 아니라                        it’s not about understanding

받아들이는게 문제겠지요                   but it’s about accepting people.
