¡à 300g Bread Flour °­·ÂºÐ ¡à 25g Sugar ¼³ÅÁ ¡à 30g Unsalted Butter ¹«¿°¹öÅÍ + ¡à 4g Salt ¼Ò±Ý ¡à 5g Dry Yeast Redµå¶óÀÌ À̽ºÆ® ·¹µå ¡à 200g Whole Milk (Room Temperature) ¿ìÀ¯ ¡à 3tbsp Condensed Milk + 1tbsp Butter for Coating ÄÚÆÃÀ» À§ÇÑ ¿¬À¯¿Í ¹öÅÍ ¢Ã Tips ¢Ã 1. A pre-heat oven is ALWAYS necessary for home baking.
2. The result may be different depending on your oven. My recipes are only for the guide. Please check your oven temperature with a single baking thermometer.
3. Assume all water/milk is lukewarm unless stated otherwise. Use warm water during the winter.
4. Baking time may vary for every oven.
5. If your oven is too small, the top side could be too dark at the end. Cover the top with a foil sheet after 13 minutes of baking.
6. Turn the pans occasionally for even color on the top.
7. Once the baking is done, take out the pan and smack it on a table
