For 3-4 servings:
• ~2.5 cups rice starch water (water obtained from rinsing rice) ½Ò¶ß¹°
• 1 medium peeled potato, medium diced °¨ÀÚ
• 1/2 zucchini, medium diced ÁÖÅ°´Ï È£¹Ú
• 3 shiitake mushrooms, medium diced Ç¥°í¹ö¼¸
• 1 jalapeño, medium diced ÇÒ¶óÇÇ´¢
• 1 red chili pepper (use 1/2 for the toppings and the other 1/2 for the soup) È«°íÃß
• 1 small onion, medium diced ¾çÆÄ
• 1 scallion (use the white part for the soup and the green part for the toppings) ÆÄ
• 1/2 block tofu, cubed µÎºÎ
• 1/2 cup radish, thin squares ¹«
• 2 tsp cooking oil ½Ä¿ëÀ¯
• 1/2 cup sirloin (can use any cut), bite-sized ¼Ò°í±â
• 1 tbsp minced garlic ¸¶´Ã
• 1 tbsp Korean red chili powder (ie. gochugaru) °íÃß°¡·ç
• 2.5 tbsp soybean paste (ie. doenjang) µÈÀå
