°¥ºñ¸¦ 1½Ã°£ Á¤µµ Âù¹°¿¡ ´ã°¡ Ç͹°À» »©°í ¼Ò±Ý, ¼³ÅÁÀ» µ¿·®À¸·Î ¹Ø°£.

Put kalbi in water.

Take it out an hour later, sprinkle with a little salt and sugar.

Sprinkle with raw, coarse salt if desired, instead of table salt.

If kalbi starts to burn without it cooking thoroughly,

take it ouf of the fire and onto the plate for 3-5minutes in a microwave.
