작년 5월에 사고가 났어요.

private road 에서 난 사고였고.

저는 Geico 보험, 상대방은 Allstate 였어요.

사고 보고하고 몇달후, 클로징 됐다고 했고,

저는 Geico 에서 나와 progressive 로 보험을 바꾼 상태예요.

그런데 갑자기 어제 아래와 같은 편지를 받았는데

이게 무슨 말인지. 제가 상대방 차의 out of pocket 을 내야 한다는 건가요?

돈 문제라 너무 걱정되네요.

혹시 아시는분 조언 부탁드립니다. 

"This letter is to advise you that a decision was reached in arbitration on the above claim. Geico failed to prove liability in this case. Allstate also failed to prove liability on their behalf as well. At this time geico is closing their file on this loss as word vs.word. this decision is binding between the carriers, however should you wish to pursue the owner/driver of the other vehicle for your out of pocket expenses that is an option you have at this time."
