Hi everyone,
Sorry I'm writing in English, but it's good for you, my readers:)
I get a lot of questions about how to write emails, so let me show you an example.
Recently, I had to write an email to a summer camp coordinator like this:
Hi,
I've just found out about the summer program through a friend, but I'm afraid I missed the deadline
for applying.

My daughter who will be in the 9th grade in the fall will surely meet all the requirements
for the application
and I was wondering if she could
possibly apply for this year's summer program.
It sounds like
such a wonderful program for my daughter and
I cannot believe I didn't know about it until now.

Is there anything I can do? Thanks for any input in advance!

The most important thing about writing emails is to make it simple but clear!
1. Say what you want first.
2. Explain only if you have to.
3. Show gratitude, not demands
