한국에 있는 직장을 휴직하고 영주권으로 미국 체류중인데 다시 돌아가서 근무할 계획입니다.리엔트리퍼밋 신청시 신청 사유를 직장 근무로 하려고 하는데, 재직증명서를 첨부해야 되는지요?
첨부해야 된다면 한국어로 작성된 재직증명서를 영어로 번역해야 되는데, 제가 임의로 번역해서 첨부해도 되는건지,,,
아니면 따로 번역 공증을 받아서 제출해야 되는건지 궁금합니다.
USCIS 홈페이지에 이런 문구가 있어서 여쭈어봅니다..
If you submit any documents (copies or original documents, if requested) in a foreign language, you must include a full English translation along with a certification from the translator verifying that the translation is complete and accurate, and that they are competent to translate from the foreign language to English.
