[자기소개]

안녕하세요, 알파벳 순서 조차 몰랐었던 초등학교 2 학년때부터 LA, 미국에서 14년동안 이민생활을 한 이후 현재는 서울, 한국에서 1:1/그룹티칭 프리랜서로 활동하고있습니다. 2020년에 UCLA 경제학과를 졸업하고나서 강남, 압구정 학원가에 소속되어 High School 학생들 위주로 전문적으로 가르친 경력은 4년차 입니다. 저또한 영어가 first language가 아니었던만큼 이 미국 AP/IB curriculum을 소화해낸다는게 많이 버겁게 느껴질수도있다라는걸 충분히 인지하고 이해하고있습니다. 달성하고자하는 목표를 이루기까지 많은 노력과 관심이 필요하다는것을 누구보다도 더 잘 알기에 그 과정의 어려움과 갈증을 최대한 해소하고자합니다.

[Self-Introduction]

From not even knowing the alphabet during my second grade to 14 years of life as an immigrant in LA, USA, I'm now a freelance tutor in Seoul, Korea. I graduated from UCLA in 2020 with an Economics degree and I've been professionally teaching high school students for 4 years in Gangnam and Apgujeong. Overcoming extreme challenges in mastering the US AP/IB curriculum as a non-native English speaker, I'm here to guide you to an inspiring educational adventure!

특히 SAT에 대해서 더 알려드리고자합니다. 저는 이 테스트 준비를 이제 막 시작 하는 레벨이든 (1000~1300대) advanced레벨을 도달해서 만점을 준비하는 학생이든 이 유형들을 둘다 지도해본 경험이있습니다. 압구정 E 학원에서 대표강사를 3년을 여름/겨울 특강 기간이든 (4명~8명 그룹) 그이후에 학기내내 1:1 개인수업을 통해 학생들과 함께 정교하고 철저한 점수관리를 같이 해왔습니다. 그 결과로 여러 성공사례를 학생/학부모님들과 함께 기념했습니다.
