I recently purchased a Harvest Right Freeze dryer, and because everything I make in it isn't going into my long-term food storage, I decided to get a mason jar vacuum sealer.
I ran across this cordless rechargeable vacuum sealer from OXLIMKEE and thought, “This is too good to be true,” but it’s not.

As you can see in this video, it creates a super tight seal and will be perfect for the foods I freeze dry that won’t be going in mylar bags and won’t need a 25-year shelf life.
