Not a new movie, maybe several years old but a real gem, sort of under rated.

The Florida project is a superb film.

except for the main characters, the rest are just regular real people living in the building where they filmed it.  Yet, it is done so well and perhaps because of it, it is so realistically done.

of course the main 6 year old character makes the movie.  she was born to play that role.  the casting was perfectly done.

It is a very moving film.
