나토 (유럽국가들 + 미국) 이 작성한 리포트에 의하면 하마스가 인간방패를 썼다는 사례는 2004년부터 2014년까지 10건이 있습니다.참고로 나토의 유럽국가들과 미국은 중동지역의 오일때문에 이스라엘편을 들수밖에 없는 나라들이라는거.. 아셨으면.
그러니까 이 리포트는 일방적으로 쓰여진것.. 제대로된 증거도 없이.
기가찬건 법적으로 기록이 남은 이스라엘이 팔레스타인인들을 인간 방패로 쓴건 3줄로 요약. 이스라엘 대법원에서 그 이후로 불법화 시켰다고 하는데.. 여러 인권단체에서는 그후에서 계속해서 이스라엘이 팔레스타인인들을 인간방패로 쓰고있는 보고를했슴. 이건 안 적어줌.
그리고 2009년 유엔 인권이사회에서 이스라엘 가자 전쟁을 조사한 골드스톤 보고서에 의하면 유엔은 하마스가 팔라스타친 민간인을 인간방패로 썼다는것을 확인할수 없다고 했습니다. 그렇다면 나토가 하마스가 인간방패를 썼다는 이스라엘의 주장은 대부분 사실이 아니라느거죠.
Human Rights Watch 또한 유엔의 보고서처럼 하마스가 팔레스타인 민간인들을 인간방패로 쓴 적이 없다는 보고서를 2009년에 냈었습니다.

이스라엘이 하마스 집을 폭격하겠다는 경고를 들은후 하마스가 "encouraged civilians" 관련 뉴스를 찾아보니 이날 하마스 집 지붕에 자발적으로 올라갔던 팔레스타인인들은 이스라엘의 공격을 몸으로 막았다는 사실에 기뻐서 환호했었다고 하네요. 이스라엘의 공격에 언제나 속수무책으로 당할수 밖에 없었는데 이때는 무언가를 할수있어서 성취감이 대단했다고 합니다.

2014년 7월 25일, 국제 엠네스티는 하마스가 팔레트타인 민간인들을 인간방패로 썼다는 증거를 확일할수 없었다.

결론:
2014년까지 이스라엘과 나토가 하마스가 인간방패를 썼다는 주장은 다 근거없는 주장이였던것.
하지만 이스라엘이 팔레스타인인들을 인간방패로 썼다는건 이스라엘 법정기록에 남아있는 사실.

이번 가자에 있는 알시파 병원과 인도네시아 병원을 하마스가 본부와 무기고로 쓰고있다면서 폭격해 박살을 냈는데 다 사실이 아니였다고 밝혀졌죠.
이스라엘 팔레스타인 분쟁에서 그동안 인간방패 사례로 확인된건 아직까지는 이스라엘 밖에 없다는 사실.
