Green Apple Salad

  • salad greens,  romaine or spinach
  • green apple, cut into matchsticks
  • 1/2 Jicama, peeled and cut into match sticks
  • 1/2 top 3/4 organic cucumber, keep skin on, cut into match sticks
  • poppy seed dressing

Toss your apple, Jicama and cucumber ingredients with a little of the

 poppy seed dressing. Serve on bed of greens

 

Poppy Seed Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea  salt
  • 1/4 cup or less Braggs raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 knob of ginger,  blend in majic Bullet first than add other ingredients
  • juice of 1 lime
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1-2 oranges peeled and deseeded
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds add at end after blending

 Directions:

blend in majic bullet ginger, add the rest of the ingredients except poppy seeds

after blending is complete add poppy seeds stir well then pour as you like on the salad
